Velocity provides a cloud-based deployment and hosting platform for web applications. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You may not use another person's account without permission.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Velocity to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Distribute malware or engage in malicious activities
- Overload or interfere with the platform's infrastructure
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
5. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
Velocityis provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
